2. Information about the database

The person to contact regarding the database is Sanne Pessi. We answer questions and feedback about database matters in no more than three working days. Inquiries can be sent to asiakaspalvelu@verena.fi

4. Use of the database

The database is used in accordance with the information relationship between the contact person and Verena kodit and the handling of personal information is done in accordance with the Personal Data Act. Moreover the address-based data in possession of Verena Kodit is used for sending the newsletter and/or emails. Personal information is not disclosed to third parties nor used for commercial purposes.

5. Content of the database

The database can contain the following kind of information about the clients : name, email address and organisation.

6. Legal information sources of the database

The database consists of subscriptions made through the contact form as well as personal information given for the mailing list.

7. Legal disclosure of information and transfer of information outside the EU or EEA

The administrator of the database does not disclose personal information from the address database to other countries, unless so required by the Finnish authorities.

8. Deletion of information

Information can be deleted from the database upon personal request. The contact person is Sanne Pessi ; request to delete information has to be sent to asiakaspalvelu@verena.fi

9. Privacy policy regarding the database

Personal information is confidential. The data network and the hardware containing the newsletter information database are protected by firewalls and other necessary measures. Possible extra material manually generated outside the database is disposed of after two months.

10. Right to review and change information in the database

People who’s information feature in the database have the right to review and, if needed, amend this information. The request must be sent in writing to the database administrator/contact person.
